Why soo much hate for La liga on here...?

It's really disappointing to see there are people who deny a well known fact that La liga is currently the best league in world. English, German and Italian teams have really poor compared to Spanish teams in recent years.

Currently, La liga is the best. There no question about it. La liga has owned world's best players, and the best league should have them. They have been dominating the Ballon d'La liga shorlist for years now. Nine of the best eleven players are playing for La liga. A briliant striker like Falcao picked Atletico Madrid over a top English team...and many superstars do perfer La liga to any other league.

There are only two contenders for La liga, and 4/5 for EPL/Serie/Bundisliga, but that does not mean other La liga teams are not good enough to play at highest level. Atletico Madrid can overcome any good Italian side, and so can Bilbao and Valencia. We can't really blame Villarreal as they have been really poor in the league.

La liga teams are improving day by day. Atletico Madrid destroyed a Serie A contender...and Bilbao outplayed and outclassed a United at Trafford. Malaga are going to be a big side too....and Sevilla would probably spend a lot of money at the end of the season.

Saying United/Lazio/Udinese did not take this competition seriously is hilarious as they played their best possible XI. Those who say these hilarious stuff should just stop watching football.

i agree with you but its kinda pointless imposing your views on ppl who may appreciate other leagues more. you won't change their mind, see. so my take on this is, watch football wherever you find it most enjoyable. no need to brag about it being the best.

Its not hate, its people expressing opinions and well known facts that Italian teams generally don't give a rat's a** about the EL unless that is the only chance they have of winning silverware, and their chances for next season don't look good. Everyone know Barcelona and Real Madrid are much better than every other team, there is no denying that. But if you want to claim La Liga is the best, then your other teams should consistently do well in the Champions' League as well. Atletico Madrid who has no chance of winning the league title needs to do well in the EL because that is the only chance they have of winning a trophy, meanwhile Lazio needs to conserve all its energy for the league because they're only a few points off first place, so naturally they won't take the EL seriously. There is a big difference between beating a big league's title contender in the EL and beating them in the CL.

Second, None of them played their best 11, they played most of their first team players. And since you are too stupid to get my point across your thick skull, I'll mention it again, these teams did not FIGHT for the games, they did not try hard, because that would mean wasting too much energy and risking injuries. They have much more important games coming up in a much more important competition that they have a great chance of winning, so why should they try hard to win a competition they don't care about and risk losing out on the competition they DO care about?
