Normally yes. But this year they are on a 21 match unbeaten run and have a chance to do better.

yes ..ground reality is that their fierce domestic /regional rivalries eg. BASQUE v/s CATALAN etc. takes prominence and they dont gel well as a cohesive team and are KNOCKED OUT easily in the WC ..much like ENGLAND
