I've been pondering and realized that Mourinho has bought players that fit the direct football R.Madrid plays. Problem is since its direct football players like Benzema and Ozil(not criticizing none...as of matter of fact those 2 are my favorite players in that team next to Casillasc do NOT fit into that specific style. Ozil thrives in a team that gives him the ball so he can pick out passes and Benzema thrives in a possesion based team, hence why he always like to hold on to the ball and do quick 1-2's. Players like Callejon, Di Maria, C.Ronaldo and Pipita thrive in the direct football style of play. And I see now why Mou has bought Sahin...he can build plays from the pick to start a fast counter attack with Alonso. Barca have bought players like Cesc that thrive in a possesion based game while Alexis likes exploiting the wings..which Barca do to open up spaces and drag defenders out. Well....anyways :P my question is....which players do Real Madrid need to finally complete the team? Or un your opinion are they done and just need to gel more?

I like your analysis, but disagree regarding Casillas, Benzema and Ozil. Those three are world class player who fit in any team they play in. I am a huge fan of Jose Mourinho, I would follow the club he would coach even if it were in South Africa. T

To answer your question, I think that Mourinho is building up a team that will depend on young players and players from the RM Academy (Which is the strong point of Barcelona, their main rival) In this sense, they just need to gel more, to play more until Mourinho finds the right recipe, which isn't far away. They might need a couple more players in defence and left wing and a worthy substitute to Xabi Alonso who is the maestro of the team.

I hope it's Real Madrids year! :)
